Ascot Radiology Pink Dragons

Ascot Radiology Pink Dragons team was formed in 2005 to empower breast cancer survivors to assume responsibility for their own health and wellbeing through participation in the strenuous sport of dragonboating.

Ascot Radiology Pink Dragons team consists of 22 paddlers plus a sweep and a coach. The Team competes in both Open and Breast Cancer Teams' categories. We are based in Auckland and train in the "pond" at Westhaven Marina and in sight of the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge.

This dynamic Team of Survivors, from all walks of life and ages, has taken up the Dragonboat challenge
to prove that there is life after breast cancer.

"Life is for Living - Actively"

Our Mission as Breast Cancer Survivors is to raise awareness and promote the importance of the early detection of breast cancer.

Our Mission as members of the Pink Dragons Team is to promote the benefits of leading an active life after surviving breast cancer leading by example through our participation in Dragonboating.

Ascot Radiology Pink Dragons welcomes on board and gratefully acknowledges the support of our sponsors.
